Mollie Taxe

MOLLIE TAXE

is a graduate of Emory University in Atlanta, GA with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Theater Studies. In her four years at Emory, she performed in numerous student theater shows including The Laramie ProjectArcadiaNo ExitLucky Stiff,Act without Words II, and The Actor’s Nightmare. She also directed and improvised with Emory’s only comedy improv group: Rathskellar (apparently the oldest college improv group in the country).

After graduation, Mollie relocated back to her hometown of Los Angeles where she has been performing as a guest artist with Los Angeles based Impro Theatre (www.improtheatre.com) in Jane Austen UnScriptedTennessee Williams UnScripted and will appear in Shakespeare UnScripted this summer at Theatre of the Arts in Hollywood. Mollie is also a founding member of One Night Stand with whom she has performed for sold out audiences at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2007 and 2008.
